Crowley Lake is truly a unique place. It was
created by DWP in the late 1930's with the
lake
opening to the general public in 1941.
This is one place that every trout angler must
come to experience. From great bait & lure fishing
to some of the finest lake fly fishing in the
world... This is lake trout fishing at
it best.
The area the lake was filled into was of a alkaline
surface and it created the perfect environment
for fish to feed and grow all year round. The
real story of this subsurface is the midge that
live within it.
These midge allow this lake
to produce some very large hard fighting fish.
Check out the video below to learn more
about the midge and check out some killer
hook ups from out on the lake.
