I had a low of 50 on our deck here at 8100 feet last night. No wind at this time just calm conditions. Looks like a perfect summer day is on hand.
This week we will have highs in the 60′s for the Lakes Basin and Mammoth Mountain to mid 70′s in Mammoth Lakes with low 80′s expected in Crowley Lake for the next few days. Afternoon SW winds 5-15 mph can be expected as well.

Just about perfect weather for late summer camping and sports action. All lakes, creeks, parks, campgrounds, mountain bike trails, hiking trails and on and off roads are open in the Mammoth Lakes area.
The summer crowds have left the area, that means its a perfect time for the rest of you to come on up for some late peak summer season fun!
Up in the Mammoth Lakes Basin all Campgrounds are open for your summer enjoyment. The Lakes are all stocked with DFG Trout and the famous Alpers Trout. All hiking trails in the basin are clear and await your arrival for some fun.
